Become a Senior Care Provider

For many of our senior care providers, the opportunity to help someone in need is its own reward. But that’s just the beginning. Here are some other rewards that our senior caregivers enjoy here in the Baton Rouge area:

Flexible Schedules

Our senior care providers are active and vibrant, and some have more free time than others do. That’s okay. We believe that any time you can set aside to help a fellow senior can be meaningful. With that in mind, we do our best to accommodate our caregivers’ schedules.

Earn Extra Income

Like volunteers, our senior caregivers can brighten the lives of others. But unlike volunteers, our caregivers receive an hourly wage that can help cover living expenses and provide some extra spending money.

Join Our Team

If you like the idea of helping fellow seniors, we would love to talk to you. Don’t worry if you lack in-home care experience. Many of us are recently retired folks who are new to providing care. The most important requirements are a big, warm heart and a passion for helping others.

And if you’re a licensed caregiver like an RN, CNA, HHA, or LPN/LVN, we would love to talk to you, too!

Before you begin providing care, we’ll take the time to get to know you through a careful interviewing process, background check, and personality evaluation. This process will help us connect you to the most compatible seniors, and just might help you to create a wonderful new friendship or two.

If you’re interested in joining our Seniors Helping Seniors® Baton Rouge team, fill out our contact form or call us today. We’re looking for seniors to help in Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Gonzales, and the surrounding area.
